Convert Wordpress Site to HTML5

This project is for converting a working wordpress site to be fully html5 compliant. The wordpress files, template and css files will be pre-loaded on a workspace server. The workspace/admin area login details, url structure, sitemap and etc. will be provided to the winning bidder. This project will also include moving the content over from the old site to the new html5 compliant site. The site has roughly around 600+ wordpress pages. Site design, menu, links, widgets and navigation must be preserved on the new html5 site to look like the previous wordpress site. Basically we are happy with the existing web design and we just want the code to be html5 compliant. On your bid, please provide a project plan on how you are going to tackle/prioritize the tasks needed to be done and your estimated time of completion given the info specified above.
