CSS Design Work for Website

PREFACE I am seeking an expert or two whom I can hire on a regular basis to assist me with a multitude of small jobs as I am constantly working to improve our site and features. The expert we have utilized for years has disappeared and I need to replace him. To do this, I am executing a few small jobs via Freelancer.com in order to identify someone that I can work with regularly. OVERVIEW AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS PROJECT 1. This individual project should be a simple 1-2 hour effort for someone with the appropriate and required skills. 2. Detailed project tasks are outlined within the attached Scope of Work document ([login to view URL]) and illustrated within the four attached png files. 3. The website template we are utilizing has two objects that we need to be customized via CSS3 styling. The coding for these two object is complete. Unfortunately, I do not have ample CSS3 skills to make these objects function properly according to the requirements defined within the scope of work document. The object to be optimized with CSS styling are... A) Site main menu which is a three level menu designed with <ul> lists. B) A jQuery accordion that is utilized to display product details and features within the product details page on our website. 4. Our site has Responsive design style sheets to ensure it works properly with all mobile devices, tablets, and screen resolutions. The expert will be required to incorporate the resulting styling into our existing responsive style sheets. 5. The expert will be expected to ensure the design meets specific style requirements in order to ensure the targeted elements match the current design template (see jQuery styles section within the attached scope of work document.
