Joomla interface, features, and functionality continue...

I have a client that need to redesign his website. This is continuing from the past project. Need few more modifications. 1. Please take a look at [login to view URL] The interface modification I need is attached. There are 4 parts. Just compare the attachment to the current interface, the attachment is how the interface should look like. Note: You are very likely to modify or create a new module to get the same look. 2. And now with the functionality of the website. The menu has mouse over. It should not has mouse over. So when people click on the link, just direct to the inner page. Follow the colour of the menu text with the attachment ([login to view URL]) and when mouse over, text is underline, underline is same colour, no text colour change when mouse over. 3. Middle section-left hand side there is pdf image, it's autoresponder. I will use mailchimp instead of aweber, get yourself familiar with it. I will let you log on to my mailchimp account so you get the code yourself. The download now button is customised, I will provide it. Later on, administrator must be able to change text "Ebook Kesehatan" easily and the pdf image. 4. Middle section-left hand side bottom part. "Klik Di Sini" button when click will lead to inner page but the page has not been made yet, so need to create one. 5. Middle section-top center. Under News, administrator must be able to update the content easily. Please add the content, just copy it from the attachment "Baca Selanjutnya" link will lead to News page, have not created News page yet, need to create one. 6. Middle section-top center. Under Product of The Month, administrator must be able to update the content easily. Please add the content, just copy it from the attachment "Baca Selanjutnya" link will lead to Product of The month page, have not created this page yet, need to create one. 7. Middle section-top right. Under Kisah Sukses, administrator must be able to update the content easily. Please add the content, just copy it from the attachment "Baca Selanjutnya" link will lead to True Story under specific URL. 8. Middle section-bottom center. Tips Kesehatan, these article links are taken randomly from article inside Tips Kesehatan. Each link is a article title and when clicked will open the actual article page. 9. Middle section, on each News, Product of The Month, Download Gratis and so on. There is an icon next to them. Add this ocon next to it, I will supply the icons. 10. Middle section, left hand side of each "Baca selanjutnya" there is small orange yellow icon. Please add this if possible. I will provide the icon. 11. Top-banner, add FB, twitter, FB share and google+1 button. They should function properly. The 4 buttons should be placed according to the [login to view URL] which is in the attachment. 10. Top-banner, add magnify icon next to search box then adjust the position of both search box and magnify icon according to the [login to view URL] 11. Home-icon, adjust the size and the position of the home icon and when visitor click on home icon will lead to the root domain, see attachment [login to view URL] according to the [login to view URL] Also the URL to inner page should be [login to view URL] not [login to view URL] The website is [login to view URL] and please see attachment for the mock up design for the final look of the index page. There is another work after this to, I have to link inner pages and more inner pages modification. But this project is for home page interface only. You must deliver this within 3 days, I will work with you through messenger in case you have any questions. My client is very detail sothe placement, the fonts, the size must be precise.
