General specifications KSYME stands for “ Institution of Modern Music Research” This is a project about the cration of the website of this Institution. - Usage of Joomla CMS, versions 1.0.13 or 1.0.14 only - Usage of Joomfish component (site is bilingual(greek+English)). - Usage of Easy Gallery Component (or other relevant component) for -- Image gallery presentation and management. - Use of DocMan Component (or other relevant component) for Audio gallery presentation and management. - Use of Joomap Component (or other relevant component) for site map presentation. - Default Joomla language should be greek. - Encoding of both scripts and db should be strictly UTF-8 - Templates code should be based on <div> tags, not on tables. - Content texts will be added/edited by the client. IXPA web site will consist of 2 templates Template 1 will be based [login to view URL] and should be used by home page ONLY. Template 2 will be based on [login to view URL] and should be used by all other pages. Template 1 ([login to view URL]) Colored area stands for each of the content sections. On click, colored bar extends its height so that it looks selected. Then user can click it so that he can enter to the inner content page. At bottom of page, there should be a bottom menu. Read SITE MAP below for details. Template 2 ([login to view URL]) On top the logo of the site is displayed. Below that the main menu section (similar to that of the first page) is displayed. Note that selected section has its bar heightened. Below this, on the left side there is the submenu of each section. Next to it, the content area is displayed. This may consist of: - Only of text (see [login to view URL]), or - text, accompanied with image and links to external documents (view [login to view URL]). In either case, the layout presented at images [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] should be followed. Additionally, on top of content area, image links for Print this page and Send to a friend functionalities should be displayed. Right below submenus, three buttons should be displayed. Button should be “Audio Gallery”, Photo Gallery” and “Announcements”. All of them should onClick lead to according pages. We will use DocMan front-end layout and EasyGallery front-end layout for the first two buttons. Treat the third button as link to a new section. At bottom of page, there should be a bottom menu.
