Mobile website software integration into magento or other platform.

Looking for a quote for mobile website builder integration project. I already have mobile website builder software (basic), or we can use another one out there, jquery mobile, themeroller mobile, codiqa (similar drag and drop functionality would be nice), etc., Just need it integrated with magento, and have it let users create their own mobile website. Also, i already have membership extension. I need the membership extension to work with free, basic, pro plans, etc. Unless, you have another solution to mobile website builder, that offers lots of features and functionality, i would like to hear it. So after selecting plan, free, basic, pro, etc., user can then get started building there mobile site with the software. For example, if they buy the pro plan, they get to use their own url, not [login to view URL] All functions of the software should be useable, through their magento profile. Should work with all browsers, stable. More work will be available, as i want to add more features and functions letting users build better mobile websites. This will be a ongoing project. Why magento? I want a stable platform. I am familiar with it. Expandable, no fees. Full payment will not be made until tested. Please show your work portfolio.
