Modifications in 2 websites

I have 2 small modifications in 2 different websites First Project: This web site is a wordpress blog: [login to view URL] I want to include in the home page the form shown on the Right column on this page: [login to view URL] The form should be exactly the same with all the options, just larger, to occupy most of the width of the page. Chose a different color for the background, but let me know where is the code to change this color if I want. . Also I need to know where is the code to be able to change the options in the boxes of the form if I need in the future. The above form is in French. If you like to see the English version, it is here: [login to view URL] Second Project: I like to add 2 buttons to translate any of the pages of this website to French and back to English: [login to view URL] The button will use the Google translator or any good translator from this page : [login to view URL] The 2 buttons will be added in the home page above the logo and in the other pages below the “Bookmark” button on the right column. In All the pages the right column is a separate .php file, so, you need to add the code once and it will appear on all pages. The following websites use this feature: [login to view URL] , it does not seem to work well. [login to view URL] , it shows that it is using Google. I do not want to show any thing. I want that when a customer click on the button ” French” ,the page will be translated to French, if he clicks in another page, it will also be translated to French. If he clicks on “English’ the pages go back to original language. How much for the 2 projects? And how long to finish?
