Need Website Enchancement Requirments Document

I need someone to write a requirments document for my website I have a website that I would like to have some features added to it but I need some to look at the exisiting system and document the new requirments that I am asking for. This document will be given to a developer so that he can add the new funcationality to the website. Must have good written skills and have worked on prior software development requirments task. The end result is a document show the list of feature and how they should be be added to the exiting system. In a non techincal manner not a details code level more of a desciption of where certain features should appear and what each feature should be able to do. How the feature effets the user and what the user sees and how the feature effect the system and what the system admin see. Bid low for more work in furture.
