oscommerce 2.3.1 mod

I have oscommerce 2.3.1 installed on a test server for now and need to do some mods before moving it. Thing i want to be done are 1) Install easy populate and edit it to work with osc2.3.1, have the possibility to add more than one product pic in every product and thumbnails to be generated (if you put contribution add admin options, and work nice. 2) When a customer buys something and receives an e-mail with order details i want to hide the manufacturer field, this field will be shown up only in the e-mail that admin receives with order details. 3) i need a visitor counter in an info box, mod my Google translate bar to look like a part of my shop, info box with random products, share buttons on every product page, suggestions of similar products, show all products button, remove manufacturer info box, quick search to be moved under logo, category list to be modified an look like the site below: [login to view URL] 4)wibiya bar on bottom with the accounts i give you A bar under my logo in full width which provides sort by price, category, stock, special price, top offers. 5) My stock template need to be edited a little bit, and look like [login to view URL] , instead of black details I need my store logo colors, and width of site will be 1000px so the info boxes to be a little bit larger. Current state of store: this is a home products shop, as you will see products image sizes are not properly showed up because I couldn’t edit easy populate php file. Template that i modified doesn’t look nice, store uses 2 languages: English and Greek, so if you make something consider encoding, if you put something in English language files put exactly the same in Greek language file and I will translate it later.
