Post and Seek Website - Unused Space

Welcome. 1. I require a website that allows users to post vacant space (and paying a fee to do so) and for customers to easily search and locate the users advertisements. It is similar to any other property renting website such as "[login to view URL]" or "[login to view URL]" but our website seeks to target a different market and will have an advantage for its simple, easy, fast and powerful poster/seeker interface (as well as other interface benefits which I can disclose later). 2. The interface will be based on a criteria I have created but I am open for design and implementation input. 3. The backend for the customer has to be very simple and I have an idea in which to differentiate this website from others in terms of ease of use. I do not want a standardized backend (e.g. Magento), I would like it to be customised and simple to only have what is required). 4. I will require adwords and SEOs to start generating traffic or assist in directing traffic to the website. The success of the site of course will be purely based on the traffic it generates so as to gain more clients. 5. The backend must integrate Xero accounting software for sales, invoicing, bank reconciliation etc. Or please provide a similar alternative. 6. The job once complete will require 6 months development and defect rectification periods. This price should be included in your price. 7. I want this project developed by 15/8/12. It will be a basic website and anyone with relevant experience should be able to have the front end and back end up straight away and start working on design and the customisation of the interface. By 15/9/12 I would want to be developing and perfecting the website and also thoroughly testing it. I would like to launch by the 15/10/12 and commence marketing and SEOs. A decision on tenders will be made on 15/7/12 and payments will be made weekly depending on progress. 8. Every week I would like to have a 1/2-1 hour meeting via Skype to discuss where the project is at, what the next steps are and also any design alterations are required. 9. There are of course more details to this project which I will not discuss on an open forum, however, if you have any questions whatsoever please do not hesitate to email me and I will do my best to further explain the project. Freelancers must sign a NDA prior to placing a bid and express that they will keep details discussed through private messages and files confidential. 10. Finally I require fast and easy hosting and for the website to be easily controlled/amended through the backend. Selection Criteria a. Price [10] - please provide price break down for all works, and please note I do not believe any additional information I provide in the future will amount to a variation for additional costs to the project of over 10%, so please bear that in mind. b.
