Mp3 Search Engine Site

We need the programming done for a custom music search engine, we have the design fully done and coded it just needs the actual code to be developed and integrated into our design. We want it to function just like [login to view URL] with many of the same features. The crawler should be able to search multiple sites which we add to daily, twice per day or when we desire and each results that is crawled gets a static / dynamic page created for it as in this example [login to view URL] Other custom features that we need are a login area to create playlists, Facebook connect functionality so users can login with their facebook accounts and last but not least an alternate feature were users can input a youtube URL and it lets the user download the video file or as an MP3 file. Crawler should be able to pull youtube videos as well and system should show similar searches. Also an auto suggestion tool when you are typing an song name or artist name it completes your search query based on previous searches just like [login to view URL] has on the homepage.
