Simple & Attractive Website Needed - Design + Coding

The business will be a reverse phone directory website, similar in functionality to [login to view URL] and www.phonery.com. It's a type of affiliate marketing where I will provide two services for people who visit the site: 1) Allow visitors to search within the site for free information on a specific phone number - e.g. The city and state the number is located in. 2) Encourage and direct visitors to purchase additional information on the number being searched for through my affiliate - e.g. contact information. Visitors will purchase additional information over my affiliate's website so there will be no eCommerce functionality. Design type: New Website Number of pages to be designed: 11 Description of each page: Home page, Search Results Page (2 types), Contact Us + Thanks for contacting us page, About, Legal, Invalid Number page, Pre-Checkout page, Area Code listings, Prefix Listings 11 pages total - the About, Legal, Invalid Number, Area Code Listings, Prefix Listings,and Contact page will all have the same look/layout, just with different content Websites with a similar style or look: These sites do not share the same style I'm looking for as I want to have a better/different design than them, but they do share the same functionality as my site [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Sites where I do like their style are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Additional comments: DESIGN I will be sending a PowerPoint mockup to whomever I chose that displays my vision of how I want the site to look and function. The PPT contains detailed design requirement and ideas I'd expect the designer to review and follow while incorporating their own ideas and suggestions on what might work/look better. I am very adamant about having the site maintain the Web 2.0 look and feel - friendly, simple, elegant, interesting. I will be importing a large excel file that contains thousands of phone numbers which will allow visitors to search for a specific phone number over my site. The file will also contain the corresponding zip code for the area codes / prefixes.
