Webpage for VoIP Service - Reseller

The webpage will be about offering VoiP Services as a reseller but under own brand. The website should be easy, clearly structured in html and php, no flash and fancy stuff, and fast loading. It shall contain approx. 10-12 pages. Clients should be able to sign up and/or log in and also pay online via moneybookers (e-wallet/not creditcard function), moneygram/Western Union Link and a 3rd party credit card processor. The telephone service can be used by a 3rd party software module that is to be downloaded from the webpage and is also integrated in the webpage (including the call history) or can be used via IP hardware devices. It also should house a forum where customers can propose and exchange ideas, an email newsletter service and an online chat module (there is an existing module I have in mind that easily can be integrated). Text will come from me but if you are a Native Speaker of English proofreading and corrections are always welcome. For the logo I have a rough idea but it still needs to be updated. There are reference webpages what could be used as indicators. I will mention them when you write me an email. Also I think about a small shop where people can order the hardware and prepay their telephone account. Webpage Promotion should be also included.
