Website Re-Design

Hi folks, Over 2 years ago, I made contact with a web design company in Ireland. I wanted them to design a website, but also asked them that they would provide a content management system. I did not want to have to rely completly on the web designer and I wanted to be able to make changes for myself. Over the past 2 years, I forced myself to learn HTML and I made many of the changes to my website on my own merits. I have also created new websites by using some tempates. My problem now is, the web design company have now gone into liquidation and any support is now gone. I have now purchased my domain name through 'go daddy' and have purchased it for 5 years. I now need to move my website to a new hosting company. I've done a certain amount of research on this, but I'm doubting my skills, so I'm looking for the assitance of someone a lot more experienced than I am. Once my website is moved to a new host, I would like advice on some developing software, which could have a user firendly content management system incorporated. Also, if you view my website, you will see that my core business is property rental in southern Italy. I want to integrate into my website the facility of 'realtime calender availability' and I would also like clients to be able to reserve an apartment online and also to make secure payments online. I would like the above items to work with an office based system, which would organise the payments online and organise all my bookings/reservations. Again, I have done some research about this, but most of them require PHP or MYSql software. If anyone can offer assitance or advice in any of the above, I would really appreciate it and woudl be willing to pay for the service. Many thanks in advance for any assistance, Paul
