Popbeamer copy w/some changes

I want a program that runs EXACTLY like Popbeamer but with a couple of additions. Popbeamer can be found with a 30 day free eval at <[login to view URL]> Here are the improvements I would like to see on my version: 1) I would like the default pop time to be 5 minutes, not 15. 2) I would like it to be able to scan all email with Norton AV version 7.6 through 9. 3) somewhat similar registration process for s/w protection 4) no problems pulling down mail from parked domains (Popbeamer is ok with this, but want to make you aware that it may pull from parked email domains) 5) Must be easy to diagnose errors in event log, should there be any. 6) put my company logo and product name in the app The program must have the SAME high end quality and stability of Popbeamer. That program is the most stable I've probably ever bought and don't want to sacrifice anything. PLEASE test program fully before submitting for approval. I will NOT do ANY testing! All testing is to be done by you so include that time in your price. It needs to work for Notes and Exchange 5.5/2000/2003 mail servers. I cannot stress enough the quality and reliability I would like to see in this product. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows 2000, windows 2003 lotus notes, exchange 5.5/2000/2003
