Virtual OSD software

We need a software that helps the user to adjust the display using a software instead of using the keys on the display itself. The software will use DDC commands to communicate with the display. We will deliver to you some codes which are dummy code which will behave like the actual code which will communicate with display. So you create only the User Interface. Software has the intention to simplify the adjustment of the display. That is why the User Interface must be very clean and simple to understand. Target platforms are Windows and Mac, that is why we want to use wxWidgets (formerly wxWindows) for the development. You do not need a Mac. You write only one code in WX Windows. Software must be 100% multilingual and user should even have the possibility to change language inside the running software and save this preference. Otherwise the software will check during first startup the language of the system and selects this language. If the system language is not included in the software English is set as default. The different languages are saved in an editable file, so that the user can even edit the text strings himself (look Skype software) Also the User Interface should be changeable even after the development of the application. Delivered code must be clean and documented. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
