PSD to Wordpress - Ref: C2A-VIT

I'm looking for an expert on converting PSD design files to W3C validated HTML+CSS files (div structure, no tables) then making it work on Worpress. What I want is a very fast conversion to HTML+CSS from PSD files. Compressed files will include all the files needed; psd, png, jpg,fonts. There are 7 pages to convert. Other pages are describing what needs to be done. Some javascript work is also required. I will provide: PSD files with layers Fonts Jpegs Deliverable: CSS and HTML files (W3C validated) Cut image files in proper formats like JPEG, PNG and GIF Jquery Slider with files, JavaScript Wordpress template Final deliverable must be viewable properly on any web browser including mobile browsers. I will keep working with the person who satisfies my quality and speed needs.
