Simple WP ratings plugin

We have a wordpress site which rates lots of different products. We are looking for someone to create a simple wordpress plugin which will allow us to add rating bars to posts. e.g. we create a new blog post for red widgets and we rate red widgets 6/10 for cost, 10/10 for speed and 8/10 for quality. We need to be able to type in these ratings out of 10 when creating the Post in wp-admin. Then when we publish the post we need the plugin to show the correct ratings bars for the ratings we have given. Every product will be rated out of 10 for the same set of criteria. This is what I mean by ratings bars [login to view URL] (these are out of 5 but you get the idea) We have already done all the CSS and HTML for the ratings bars ready for this plugin to show the correct ones.
