Auto-post to classified site

Need basic web-based application which automates the posting of real estate listings to the popular online classifieds site craigslist.org. The Application should read the required form fields of a particular section of [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]), import into the Application and allow for a new listing to be created by completing those fields. It will need to check the contents of a POP e-mail account for the verification e-mail and it will need to automatically visit the provided URL for verification. The Application will then need to repost the same listing at a specified interval (e.g. every 12 hours). It should keep a log of its activity. The Application will allow for multiple accounts, for the purpose of associating an individual with listings submitted. Application must also allow for the ability to edit and delete posts directly from its interface, and must therefore keep track of the edit link [login to view URL] provides to be able to automate this. The Vendor must addresss any issues with IP blocking or other forms of automation prevention and employ measures to address this. To be selected, the Vendor must demonstrate an understanding of the [login to view URL] site. Selected Vendor will be considered for additional work beyond this basic project.
