Complete a html page and make it cross-browser

I need someone to complete this page I started doing, and make it look the same in IE, Firefox (and Safari). **Probably doable within a couple of hours,** if you know your job. Here is what it should look like in the end: _[login to view URL] _ This is what I did so far: _[login to view URL] Images are to be taken from this site: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> The main issues I had was integrating my logo ([login to view URL]) in the lower bar on the left - you'll have to redo that - I'll provide you a vector file (here: <[login to view URL]> ); nothing major - I just don't know how to works with the colors and I kept messing up the bar's background. Do no include the phone's image on the mid-left: that will be a java applet that i'll put in - just leave me a white span/div there. However I'd like to see a thin section of the surrounding orange background there - smth like a 10px border on the sides and on the top. Important: text and the phone simulator applet that will be included may have different sizes. The page must accomodate to that.
