152284 Easy PHP/XML/MySQL Script

This is a really easy and straight foward script if you know what your doing, I recently had to format my server and lost the one I was using. I need something done (my old script was in PHP) that will scrape titles from one [td class] on only one website. A duplicate filter will also need to be in place. I will then need these titles stored in a database (MySQL) I will then need a "Rolling XML Feed" .xml (RSS or ATOM) (One that is updated in real time) Post Titles will be pulled off the MySQL database. I would need to able able to put in different post descriptions (Variations), I would also need to be able to change the outbound URL. (And this variable would need to be able to be switched around fairly quickly... i.e. not hard coded) Finaly, I would need an EXTRMELY simple script that would automaticaly updated all those feeds to Google Blog Search Yahoo News Search Daypop RSS Search My old programmer wrote a tutorial about this, I will send it upon request (I do not want to post it publicly)
