Magento, ajax search and ajax cart extensions conflicts

Dear freelanser, I am facing broblems with magento and 2 third party extesnions I use, "Product instant ajax search (Magestore)" and "Ajax cart VA (J2t)". Both of them need some modification to work with my magento installation and "instant ajax search" needs also modification to work with "ajax cart" extensin so my clients could add products to card directly from search results block. "instant ajax search" has this feature by default but works only with default magento card. I can provide a mirror installation of my e-shop so you can work directly there. I want the modifications to be magento update safe, and I need to know the files that were changed so I can apply the fix to my original site.
