We are in need of a site that can do the following: A customer can login, select a template, add their pictures and text, pay for the service and email the "flyer" they made. We need the site to have a database that stores email address we input. The email addresses will be divided into provinces so the customer can select what province they want their flyer to be emailed to. The site will have to be able to email the flyer to 100,000 email address per province. This project is for the full website-database design and integration.
