Need Illustrator Design Turned into CSS/XHTML Website(repost)

I have a new website (a designers) that needs to be turned into a web standards XHTML/CSS website. XHTML is updated version of HTML that is fully compliant with XML and is generally cleaner and easier to parse than HTML. Using css in page layout is the most professional , SEO-friendly and requirement for good spidering / indexing but there's 3 models 1- Gecko-based browsers (as FireFox ,Netscape) 2- Trident-based browsers (as IE ,AOL Explorer and Avant) 3- Presto-based browsers (as Opera) and each one of these Layout engine has it's own box layout model so professional web developer must have his way to deal with that. My pages will be compatible with IE , Opera , FireFox and any other browser . My page needs to be validated in w3c for css , xhtml. Attached are the two flat graphics that need to converted. I will send the original layered graphics once I have chosen a programmer. Couple things: the nav bar needs to be a CSS roll-over. The darker "home" button represents that color I would like to have it change to when it is hovered over. The same applies to the three big buttons at the bottom. The "web" button represents the color I would like those buttons to change to when hovered over. We can go over all the CSS when I choose. Any questions. Please ask away. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
