PHP shop+admin site with strict structure (WAI completion for other browsers- for visually impaired people -blind)

Generally structured PHP4.x site - portal for 'normal' and blind people, compliant to WAI 1.0. Use XHTML , special CSS and WAI tricks to allow Braille terminals to read pages. The WAI preconises no avaScripts, .css, etc so other navigators like Opera or navigators for blind people (BrailleNet) can use it. It is more oriented to complete HTML respect. I can furbish assistance and test of pgm via blind testers. The purpose is to help building a general structure of a caddie system with admin so the site is available for all browsers AND for blind. Plus admin access to blind people can give employment to blind site admins. The site allow purchasing of standard items and can be derived either to dating system as to purchasing system. There is an admin entry (create and manage categories, views) usable to blinds also. The Mysql part must be scripted to allow maintenance, creation of DB, etc. The dev has to be XML interfaced to a Voice system Websphere. So use of PEAR, and preparation for PHP5.
