We require a web dev who is VERY Familiar with Magento programming, templating and extension development. You need to have Zend Framework experience and MVC is not some weird acronym to you. HTML5, CSS/CSS3 skill must be excellent. Prototype, Scriptaculous and Ajax inside Magento should be at least a good knowledge.
