Dynamic location Tracker website

Hi, I would like to create a dynamic location tracker that shows the current location, route, and approximate speed and heading by parsing SMS messages from a blog. (open another repository that can receive SMS messages.) these messages are sent from an iridium phone. Sample of the messages to parse can be found here: [login to view URL] In addition to parsing the series of current locations. The website should also be able to accept a start location and a destination location and an ability to reset to a new route. The route should be scaled to show the start and end as well as the current progress that has been made along the route. Ideally we should also be able to calculate approximate speed and heading from the GPS coordinates. The interface should be a responsive design that can scale from mobile to tablet to desktop. Should be deployable in Google or amazon cloud Google app engine preferred. Typically route to be covered would be From Marion Massachusetts to Hamilton Bermuda. Route should be overlayed on google maps or some similar online mapping tool
