Sortable / Draggable List in PHP/MySQL/JavaScript

I have a sports website a http://www.scoutsystem.com. My site is all PHP/JQuery with MySQL backend. (No wordpress, cms, etc) On this site, I have athlete profiles, where each athlete as a unique ID in my MySQL DB. I'm looking for someone to do the following: Step 1: Create an "Add" button on the player profile page, allowing the person logged in ($UID) to add the player ID ($PID) to an array, stored in the mysql DB. Table: "Lists" Fields/Value: Owner ($UID), Group ID ($GID), and Description (Watchlist) and the Array. Note #1 - Because each Owner ($UID) can have more than one "list", we use the "Description" field to pull the correct list (array). Note #2 - The default list, for which this button will work, will be called "Watchlist". While there may be many other lists, using the "Add" button only adds the athlete profile to the main list, "Watchlist". Note #3 - Before adding players to table, you must check first to see if the $UID even has a master list (Watchlist) first, and if so, then read the existing array to make sure the player ($PID) already isn't added. Step 2 : Make a PHP page that shows the existing array, allow it to be sorted, and for additional lists to be created (and have their list names customized/edited). I'm after a drag-n-drop system that kind of looks like these : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] .... the difference being is that my boxes will have words and graphics in them (pulled info from the Database) - but only need to be stored as the $PID of course. Hope this makes sense.
