User can see current car listings (developer can add recommended or featured listings as well) and add their car to listing 3. User can see car details and bid on the car they like 4. User can add money to their account using stripe 5. User can see their previous bids and car listings and account info online auction for used cars that allows sellers to display their cars and get the maximum bid or price of it by setting a reserve or a starting price for the bid. there should be online consent form for seller to agreed to before listing on this system The cars should be park/held at seller place from the time of listing to the end of the sale the seller signing a consent that sale considered final in certain circumstances (minimum reserve met , at any price if unreserved sale ,,, etc ) in case of not meeting the asked price seller will be asked if accept the higher bid in 24 hours period with signed in system form to allow auction to sell the car in the new price . All sellers should pay administration fee per car per auction ($5 but after 5 free listing per year per user reached ) weather car sold or not . All cars should been sold as is and buyer are fully responsible for declaring know fact at the time of sale. Auction will take responsibility of holding the amount of sold cars until vehicle is mark delivered by buyer . *Buyer will should agree to terms of auction in which deposit should be conducted per bid (20 %) . Deposit will be held till the end of auction. to allow to bid buyer must have over 20% of the amount they want to place on their account before system will allow them to bid . once bid this amount will be on hold till the end of the auction. In case the sale was final (pure sale , minimal reserve met by buyer) deposit considered part of the total amount of the bid. deposit is nonrefundable in case of non compliance to the payment and should be given to the seller as a compensation after extra administrative fees conducted.
