OK HERE IS AN UPDATE AS ALOT OF YOU ARENT UNDERSTANDING WHAT WE WANT LOOK AT THIS BELOW [login to view URL] We are wanting to create a CRM platform which can also create job reports, certificates and other PDF doccuments. At present i use google forms and script to create pdf's via templates and the data is stored in a spreadsheet ( google ) which we use also as a database. What i want to do is put it all together in one website. Our website is a wordpress site so the softwrare id like uploaded to this here is our current forms we use [login to view URL] job report creator form JOB BOOKING SYSTEM WHICH ALSO CREATES GOOGLE CALENDER EVENT [login to view URL] I would like code i believe it will be java maybe. I want to create a pdf document copy, when the form is filled in. The forms data will transfer to create a report in PDF and the data stored into a spreadsheet. The documents layout will be easily customisation would like it usable on our website using a login from our own website ( wordpress site) The documents will be Gas reports ( IE GAS SAFETY RECORDS AS SEEN ONLINE ) JOB REPORTS WARNING NOTICES ETC At present we use google forms submits which creates what we need. But i would like my own usable software. I do not want one of these cloud based platforms. I have read your project requirements regarding 1) Currently, you have a form using google sheet, Which you need to convert to custom form on your website 2) The data which user is filling should be converted to pdf and then send through the mail 3) You need to create a google calendar event from the data which the user is filling. 4) Finally, everything you need in WordPress. Ok am 100% confident that I can do this task as per your requirement. my plan is to create these 2 forms inside your WordPress website and you will be notify on form submission in your mail inbox as well as you will be able to see these entries in your WordPress backend using these form submitted data I can create pdf document. for the certificate I need to discuss more that what features you want in certificate creation and how that will be use and who will get them for certificates I can create feature in backend to create certificate templates and later that template will be filled by the actual user data. please reply me soon to discuss these task more
