Cell phone repair software

Please READ before bidding or asking questions. We own a chain of cell phone repair stores in Sweden. We are looking into developing our own software for keeping track of inventory and repairs. In the future we might also want to add on POS and the possibility to handle payments through the system but not at this stage. I don't have a design for the system yet, but I will get one before project would start. 1. The system should be web based, mobile friendly and also for regular browsers on computers. 2. The system should have following features to start with; - Create/manage/edit ticket (Which includes choosing customer, brand of unit, model of unit, type of repair, status of repair, assigned to staff/person) - Create/manage/edit customers (Customer data, such as name, adress, phone, etc) - Search/edit function (Be able to search for customer or ticket number and edit/delete that data) - Inventory (Be able to add/delete/view/search inventory. Inventory also needs to be connected with "ticket-system" i.e if a repair is being done changing a screen for iPhone 7, 1pcs of iPhone 7 screen needs to be deducted from inventory. ) - Ticket receipt (When a customer walks in, we create a ticket and want to be able to print a ticket receipt for the customer - Reports (We want to be able to search for a specific period of time and i.e number of sales of iPhone 7 screen replacement, or iPhone 7 battery replacement - these reports should be shown in the system and be able to export to excel) - Admin system (We want to be able to create/edit/delte stores/locations. Each store or location should have their own login and only access their own data) Misc. In the admin system we also want an overview of the different locations/stores. Be able to view their daily or monthly sales, also be able to see their repairs etc. We will set up a new domain for this website/project.
