Create a a brand new Plugin

I am Seeking someone to create a plug in from scratch and install it on WordPress. it is for a dog overnight and daycare booking system and need to have payment integration. I have example of the content that i would like to add and with the functionality of customer creating their profile. Requirements for Dog Booking Request: Customer Able to Select The Following: Drop off Date and Time Pick Up Date and Time If need us to pick up or drop off To select Pet Taxi Option will ask: Yes or No If Yes customer will need to enter their address same for drop off system should calculate 7 first miles is $10 from our locatoin, if more than 7 miles 1.75 each mile with option for us to change mileage and price on backend. On Calendar to pick drop off of Pick up Dates if there is a Holiday show in Green with Holiday Name if We are not available to show in red color on Calendar when there is a holiday we charge a fee per day, system should show to client extra fee and what holiday is coming and for us to edit price on backend and to add holidays. if we are going to be off we should be able to put ourselves away so that it shows on calendar if Customer Choose Pick up or Drop off time out of our hours of Operation Charge and additional fee, we should be able to edit on backend the fee. next Customer able to select dog (add as many as they want) and dog's pounds (this will calculate the rate per night we charge according to dog's weight. client. Visit info should ask he following: feeding schedule if Any medication Pet's belogings Any other notes client would like to ask next should be customer's Summary including following details: Service Detail Name of Pet(s) Price per night if any holidays (showing how many days and holiday fee) if the picked pet taxi to show amount subtotal before tax total amount (inlcuding tax %) there should be an option for them to add CC info should include name on card, card number, cvv, expiration and postal code Once submit,screen to let customer that their request its going to be review we should be able to review on backend, processed the payment, if bill need adjustment for us to have that option. or apply any discounts. Once we have processed payment and accepted their request a email should be out to customer telling them that it was accepted If Declined- to let customer know as well.
