I want you to create a data scraper for extracting the contact page URLs from a text file or CSV file that contains more than 40 million URLs. Your work is to create the backend interface where I can upload the list of URLs or domain names from which to extract contact page/form URLs and a second frontend interface where I can search for and scrape the contact page URLs from millions of websites that I have uploaded to the backend interface/database. Can make you a simple UI to enter the URLS in single / bulk method and can use python to extract those according to your needs and save them to a DB... Will deliver in sqlite for ease, and if needed will modify DBMS to suit your further needs.

Hi, I've actually done this professionally for the FAA, USGS, and NASA. This type of job will cost somewhat more than $200.00 total. Sorry to tell you that. You're asking for a front-end to a webcrawler. You'll need a crawler engine, and some form of front-end stack at least. I don't think you're targeting the right budget here. Just letting you know.
