Data software with photos

I am looking someone to build me a software where i will have the name of 50 clients. The template of software will be like this [login to view URL] In the search box i will write the name of the client and when i click on it, it should appear on ''name of client'' box. The template will be as it appears but on ''a'' will be an image saved. Each 'a' will have a different image. When i hover over or click 'a' the image should appear instantly over the template I will add/remove images from time to time so it should be very easy to add them or remove them I will pay 50$ if it is ready in 2 weeks, 70eur in one week
