Develop a Joomla Booking Component

I am currently looking for a Joomla professional to develop a Joomla extension similar to Jomres but that will be more suitable for my country and features.\r\n\r\nA comprehensive booking component with the main following features:\r\n\r\nBookings - Powerful and intelligent booking engine.\r\n\r\nIncome Generation - Offers a variety of methods to help you to capitalise on your website\'s potential.\r\nUsers - Built to be used by multiple users accessing multiple properties.\r\nSearch - As it supports multiple properties, a variety of search features are available.\r\nMobile Devices supported - Many guests are making bookings on mobile devices today.\r\nDiscounts - Entice your customers to make bookings by offering discounts.\r\nCustomisation - Easily change how the system looks to suit own requirements \r\nIntegration - Integration with Jomsocial for user information and activity streaming\r\nMulti Language - should be compatible with Joomla default multi-language system without the need of additional multi-language extensions such as Falang or Joomfish.\r\nMulti-Advertiser - Multi advertiser systems allowing users to add/edit/manage their own properties/services and receive direct payment through Paypal.\r\nCommission - Invoicing etc. Full invoicing, commission system etc. so site owner (me) receives commission on paid/confirmed booking.\r\nCustom Types - Fields - Categories - Should contain custom types (similar to CCK system) each type with its categories, fields etc.\r\nCoupon system for advertisers to create their own coupon and offers.\r\nReview - Rating - Comments - Own review, rating and commenting systems, these systems should be also integrated to Jomsocial for activity streaming and user details.\r\n\r\nThere might be some other requirements to make this component the perfect one for our needs but we would like to discuss more about it live so that we can also have professional guidelines of how to make this component a perfect one and fully operational.\r\n\r\nThe deadline for this project is 2 months, that is, it should be ready and fully operational by end of January 2016 latest.\r\n\r\nAny developer willing to discuss more about this project, please feel free to add me to Skype using my ID [login to view URL] but please note that I am NOT available on Skype from Monday to Friday from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM (GMT +4) as I am in Mauritius and quite busy during these times.
