Develop a Program Management System

Would love to meet with a specialist regarding Program Management software that allows for easy correspondence with team members. We want to be able to work on the same files simultaneously and save progress without other's input being affected. We are looking for recommendations on existing solutions that one can offer. We do not expect a custom solution to help us better track projects, we want to use something existing that allows visibility to all of our team members (20 people). The solution must: Be able to provide reminders for action items Allow projects to be tracked via project number Link appropriate relevant information to the project Provide matrix and generate reports Automatic generation of template folders/forms with the addition of a new project We would be interested in discussing what options are available.
