Develop replica restful api

Hello, We have a simple API's that we require you to understand and re-develop. It would be best if you could replicate this API, develop another similar one. This will prove to us that you can handle our future work, and also help us have an alternate mechanism as well. you would need to develop the API, small backend, Database (either SQL or Amazon own) on AWS. It should be made with an eye on scale - to support upto a 1Million transactions a day, at a TPS of 40. The API to be develop, internally use some other outside API's - hence knowledge of both is critical to for support and maintenance.
