Dump Truck Load tracker database and IOS application -- 2

I have a dump truck service, that get hire out to multiple clients. We need a web based database and apple app to track this. The client will request multiple trucks to a job site, we provide the trucks. The client will assign a “site operator” to receive and log the trucks as they arrive at the job site. As the truck get loaded, the site operator will log each load for each truck. He has to record every load that each truck either hauls in or hauls out. Loads are logs for each truck, the truck get paid per load. So it is critical that we keep a very accurate record for every truck and the load it takes in or dumps out. We want to track this in real time. We as the truck providers and the client want to know how many loads are being done through out the day. Work orders are created and ended daily for every job we do. We need to track those work orders and everything done on each one. We are open to better suggestions on how we can accomplish this task. We need to be able to generate reports, view, and manage the data being generate, examples; numbers of loads being logged in. status of particular work order. Generate reports, by job work order, by client, by date, truck, etc ( plus we can discuss this as we go alone.
