Fix add/edit product form on Dokan plugin

Hi, I have watched the video and read the document. I understand what you need and what has been done so far to add the custom fields to the edit and add forms. These, I believe, have not been implemented correctly. The approach I would take is to create a companion plugin which uses dokan hooks to achieve the desired functionality. For example, instead of editing the dokan template file included with the plugin (which would mean you couldn't update Dokan) I would include customised template files in the companion plugin and use dokan_get_template_part filter to force Dokan to use those templates. Saving the meta fields is a relatively easy task, the companion plugin would just use the saving hooks to solve problems 1 & 2, which are really the same problem - that no function exists to save the data. Essentially my solution is to create a plugin which 1. creates the custom fields in the admin, new product & update product pages 2. saves those custom fields. This means that there will be no changed code in the theme or the Dokan plugin which is the 'correct' way to extend, thank you.
