A custom PHP/MySQL solution needs to be created for a booking system to be implemented as a Joomla module. An attached document gives a reasonably detailed idea of what is needed, but is not written as an absolutely complete spec, but to give a pretty good idea into what is required. I am NOT looking for the cheapest price. Value is important, but it is more important that we have a good system designed with a high-quality UI, and thought given to maintainability and security. As such we will be engaging with an experienced developer who can show examples of similar work. A high degree of experience in PHP/MySQL/HTML/Javascript/CSS/Suitable frameworks is essential. Experience with Joomla would be an advantage, but a developer with strong skills in the above should be able to implement their solution as a Joomla module fairly easily. It is highly likely that further work will be available after successful completion of this project. Suitable milestones will be agreed and staged payments made. Please do not make a submission unless you have read and understood the attached spec. Any submissions made should show that they have read and understood this document, otherwise they will be ignored. This is not a spam project and we do not expect spam responses or ones that say 'let's talk further'. There should be enough detail in the attached document to allow you to make a suitable judgement of the time needed / and quote. If there are uncertainties, then let us know what they are. We are happy to pay more than quoted if we introduce substantial new requirements/changes along the line but would expect an experienced developer to 'fill in some of the blanks' that may exist in the attached spec.
