Gamebattles type website

Our website is an online competitive gaming community. We have an existing gaming ladder script which is the entirety of the site (minus the phpbb forums), but there are several changes we'd like to make. To be straight forward, we'd like our website to more closely reflect [login to view URL] The entire script is written in .php so php experience is required. Some major changes we'd need: ++Changes to the current "ticket" system to allow several "departments" for tickets to go to. ++Admincp option where I can assign users to specific department(s)/ladder(s) ... ++Changes to user registration to ask more mandatory questions (Gamertag, etc) ++User login/registration integration between the forum (phpbb) and the main website (our gaming script) ++Some minor tweaks such as staff application questions, staff contact page, etc Overall, there are quite a few items we'd like to change with the script, versus having someone write an entirely new one from scratch. We're low budget, but reasonable. If we can only get some of these features for a decent price that'd be fine :)
