Genesis Framework Expert Needed!

I'm looking for an experienced Genesis Framework Expert, whos very familiar with StudioPress themes and the Genesis Framework. Basically I've got a website (wont show it here, but I will once we strike a conversation), and I would like to hire someone to install a StudioPress theme and make my website look exactly as this one here: [login to view URL] I especially like the way the post look and the widgets that they have, this is EXACTLY WHAT I need and the look that you will need to obtain for me: [login to view URL] I dont really like the way the main page looks: [login to view URL], so we're going to have to figure and find a look for the front page that will be up to my liking. I do like the colors and everything else that this site has and I want 1:1 match to it.
