GIMP Automation of certain tasks

I am interested in hiring someone to write a script (or Plugin) to import multiple coma delimited lines of data into different individual editable text layers and locations in GIMP. We use gimp to design plastic cards for proofs and printing. I am hoping to Automate as much of the process as possible. 90% of our cards have 18 merchants on them (about 10% are other designs), each card has 18 boxes on it, 3 rows of 6 columns and each box has 3 different sets of Data, A logo (image), Text offer, and specific address(s) for offer. We currently have the data in an excel file, but can easily save it as a .txt or .cvs format. The data is in three columns and 18 row. like this Restaurant name, Offer, Address Arby's, 10% off, 123 Main St Subway, offer, 543 Everywhere Ave Though there is a lot that can be done to automate this, there are a few things that i suspect would be drastically easier than other. For this reason to start I would like the script to be able to handle/manage the address column completely as it is the most similar process (the name and offer would go in the same square but be left to edit by a person, I would like to do more with these in future versions of the script). So to start, I would like it to: 1. Import the each row of data as editable text into 18 different boxes on the card (I believe this will require a template with place holders (once the general script is in place I can edit the placeholders as needed, just get me close and tell me where and how the grid numbers are that would need to be adjusted)). 2. Place the address into 18 specific location (Along with Name and offer as placeholders so we don't mix them up) A. import as a. Arial condensed b. font size 35 c. letter spacing -1 d. Centered (I believe Center is needed for the next step) B. Locations will be very specific to the card template. After scaling the address we will want it to be two pixels from each line C. Scale the image (width only) a. If the text is less than 150 pixels then do not scale b. If Text is greater than 149 pixels then scale to 149 pixels wide (leaving the height at the original 40 pixels) D. place the remainder of that row data (in that same box) in a specific but different font and size than the Address I would like for the the script to have extreme notes and have flexibility so that we can edit it in the future and add more options or so that we can edited or duplicate it for other card sizes and numbers of merchants.
