Help Fix a Wordpress ASP.Net website - Has to work when Javascript is Disabled

I have a Wordpress website that has been developed with ASP.NET code and needs to function properly when Javascript is disabled. I have roughly 30 - 40 tasks that need to be finished on it. For example of the tasks. The site needs to be mobile responsive and fit good and function properly when it is on feature phone view with javascript disabled. Mobile menu needs to be fixed and added colours and evened out. If you can come into this project with ASP.net on Wordpress and pick up where someone left off in code and fixing things for the site to be able to function properly with the javascript disabled please let me know. SKILLS YOU NEED 1. ASP.net: You must have ASP.net skills with Wordpress 2. Wordpress and ASP.net: [login to view URL] 3. Be a tester: You must know how to temporarily shut off javascript to test to see if the site works properly. You can do this with developer tools in the Chrome Browser. You must be a tester and be able to test to see if the changes on the website work properly before sending to me. I am looking for fast turn around. I need to have this project completed in the next week-2 weeks tops. It has already been delayed long enough. Please post if you are interested.
