Integrate cloud storage API (Backblaze) and recurring payment gateway 2checkout for a Laravel website

Dear All, I have a file sharing and backup website writing on laravel 5. The website has been integrated with Amazon S3, Dropbox and RackSpace for storing files (we can choose which cloud we use). And we have STRIPE for recurring payment, but now we want to integrated with B2 Backblaze for storage and using 2Checkout instead of STRIPE. So we need the following thing to be done: 1. Integrate B2 Backblaze for storing files: you can check the B2 backblaze API documents here: [login to view URL] . You can see the APIs including 2 types: for single file upload via only 1 connection (work with file up to 5GB) like b2_upload_file and for multiple part upload like b2_upload_part (they will slip the file into multiple parts of 100MB, upload these separate parts via multiple connections and call the b2_finish_large_file to join these uploaded part into single file, the part_upload can work with file up to some Terabyte). I have another programmer he has almost done the B2 backblaze integration but only for single file upload, and we also want to make the upload file by part 2. Integrate 2CHECKOUT for recurring payment option: we already have STRIPE integrated, but we want to replace STRIPE by 2CHECKOUT ([login to view URL] ). 3. And we want to integrate some more small options: a. Add different maximum file-size limit for free users and paid users b. Email verification for new user sign up c. Google Recaptcha on Sign up and Login page d. Online Chat or Contact panel on home page e. Add an "Illegal content" report button on file sharing page (to let users report to delete the file if the file content is illegal)
