Integrated attendance time software -- 2

SQL EXPERTS NEEDED! I am looking for coders with experience in face and finger print recognition for employees entering and leaving their place of work (i.e. a time clock). Their information would be stored in a database and the working hours calculated and exported to a 3rd party payroll package. The face and fingerprint software is available as SDK from at least 2 suppliers with 1 month free for coding and testing The demo version of this should be created to work on a laptop The full version will need to work either on a local server or on a cloud . Once the full version of the software and the demo version is working we will need a website creating So we need pricing in three stages 1) Main software created incorporating others SDK (which includes ready made database) 2) Demo version for salesman laptop 3) Product website for customer generation.
