Laravel and angular simple app

This is a simple project that I am using to find long term help. A 'test' application that I would like to see completed very quickly and experience hiring someone thru this site. Application is simple. Use Laravel to create a single table (for a food item) API for Angular ([login to view URL]) to consume. This will be a phonegap application however if you have used Angular Ionic is a breeze. On the Ionic side us something like [login to view URL] to look up a test item in the database and display the results in 3 tabs. I would like the Ionic side to have at least 50% test coverage. Use a modular design pattern. And huge bonus points for implementing some sort of Oauth or other authentication. Key here is time to completion, I am looking for someone to work with and I think this is a good test.
