Looking for php web developer to complete my code

this will not take more than few hour for experienced person it is my incomplete code for which i have given step by step instruction. Do you have experience of using oops programming, namespace, mvc, controller, final class, cookies and sessions? It is incomplete code where all the class are present we need to write the function under them according to functionality also instruction are given in detail for every class and function. The project is very simple todo application. there are 2 database table account and table. The homepage will show the login form and create account and after login the session will start for that account holder and it will show their todo list. They can create update and delete their todo and logout. login will be done through verification password will be bcrypt and matched from database. Also the url will be developed according to function. Let me know how much time you need for this i have attached the pic of how it looks right now no styling required but we need to code the function and follow the instruction. Let me know how and by when you can do this.
