1 UP Membership Website (multi tier)

Overview. I require built a 1-Up Style Membership website. with a seperate membership website on a second domain for taking paypal subscription payments to and from members. The two sites must work together in sync. Basically: Site 1: Downline Builder: Members refer new members and this site is the members BACK OFFICE with Super Admin in control. There will be a downline builder/viewer Members have their own referral link. Members can join free and then upgrade to an available package. L1. L2, L3, etc. Members can see their sponser and their sponsors link to site #2. Site 2: Paypal Recurring Subscription: This is where members payments are taken. This is another membership site where users can register account and offer a monthly digital download/access package to visitors. When a package is purchased, Members receives a monthly paypal subscription directly into his registered paypal account. Site Admin will recieve income via 10% (1 in 10) share. Important: If member is referred by a Site 1 link to site 2... then site 2 sends update to site 1 to update downline. -------------------------------------------- Both sites must work together, but be seperate in appearance. Must be secure and built in modular format. Both sites will sit on same Linux server to maximize speed. Security is important and code must be modern architecture. All graphics & layout will be designed by our own team. DESIGN --- A full site specification / requirement will be made available to those whom bid on this project and are willing to sign NDA. Sites specification will be provided in video, graphic & text format. After viewing, Freelancer can then adjust their bids accordingly and winner will be selected . --------- Freelancer Requirements. - Must be able to communicate in good English via email, I.M. and/or Skype. - Must have a track record of building similar sites and projects - Must draw up a plan of delivery time and required paymant milestones if selected - Must be able to finish the project 100% and deliver on time - Must complete Non-disclosure agreement before starting project - Must be willing to be available to work long term with us to add new functionality - features, modules etc as website grows. -------- Thanks for taking the time to read this.
