I am looking for an experienced (virtual) web developer with some UX/UI experience. You should have current day experience in; PHP, MySQL, Ajax, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, XML, Bootstrap, Responsive Design, Clean Modern Layouts, and comfortable with third party API's as well as API development.
I am looking for an individual who works from home versus an employee of an agency, please do not respond unless you are an independent home-based worker.
Important requirements:

b) a decent command of the English language
c) attention to detail, meticulous and organized
e) a commitment to thoroughly comment (and document) your code

d) willing to educate yourself when necessary

MySQLi - I am not sure what you are asking here. MySQLi is the (improved) MySQL driver for PHP. You still run standard MySQL queries with it. If you were referring to PDO, it is a little different, more versatile, and safer. = 8
Ajax - Again, AJAX is not really a skill, it is more of a feature of JavaScript
