Modifications on a PHP bitcon escrow platform

We have a PHP, based bitcoin escrow software and we will make some modifications. The platform would allow users to exchange a balance in a gambling site, a seller / winning player would confirm receiving the payment from the buyer (a player) in cash or in local payment method. Nothing complicated No payment processing is needed in the exchange just manual crediting. We have some things to remove / add to the software: Buyer would be able to filter sellers by city and accepted payment methods, price should be x+seller profit not x-seller profit. Like any escrow site we need user review, and accomplished deals counter. We need to add a confirmation button for the seller, the seller would confirm receiving the money from the buyer so the balance will be deposited to the player Transaction steps: 1. Seller would be able to create an offer quantity and price (offer is pending) 2. Admin would check if the seller has the balance in his player account then would deduct the balance from gambling site and approve the offer (offer is live) if not reject it. 3. A buyer that wants to buy would select how much he wants and confirm (purchase pending) 4. When the seller gets his money he needs to confirm payment (purchase done) 5. Purchased Money Is transferred to player account by the admin, seller quantity is updated. There are some features in the software that should be removed from the admin panel and the user panel like payments, KYC... when removing feature a backup file must be kept. This is the general description, after staging a second review will be done so the Finish life product must be perfect, thus communication with the developer is very important.
